South of the river the jobs change street by street. A Wednesday can start with a two bedroom unit at West End where a tenant has left a couch behind, move on to a Sunnybank house being emptied before auction, and finish with renovation offcuts at Camp Hill. The jobs we get down here
End of lease clear outs make up a lot of the southside work, particularly in the unit and townhouse belt through Annerley, Coorparoo, Mount Gravatt and Sunnybank Hills. Those jobs are usually furniture, mattresses, whitegoods and whatever is left in the garage, and they are usually against a deadline.

Why quotes differ between jobs
A price comes down to volume and material, and the second one surprises people. Clean green waste, a lounge suite and a whole deceased estate are all charged differently, so two trailer loads of the same size can cost different amounts. Sorting on site is part of the job rather than an extra.

We take the access details, do the clear out, and send before and after photos so the owner can see the state the property was left in and the state we left it in.
