Clearing out on the northside
The northside is full of homes that have been lived in for decades, and a lot of our work up here is exactly that: a post war house at Wavell Heights or Stafford that needs forty years of shed, garage and under house storage cleared before it goes on the market. We are a local, owner operated Brisbane business, and we cover the whole northside from the inner suburbs around Windsor and Clayfield out through Everton Park and The Gap to the bayside end at Sandgate and Brighton.

What we take away
Deceased estate and vacant property clean outs are what we do most of on the northside, along with end of lease clear outs in the unit blocks around Chermside, Nundah and Kedron. A typical job is whole of house: furniture, whitegoods, beds and mattresses, boxes from the garage, and the garden shed that nobody has opened in years.
We also take household junk, appliances, green waste and light construction debris from small renovations. Anything still usable goes to a charity or to someone who needs it wherever that is possible, rather than straight to landfill.
What the price depends on
Pricing is honest and there are no hidden fees. Two things set it: how much there is, and what the material is. A few pieces of furniture, a full garage clear out and a trailer of green waste are not the same load even when they look the same size, so we look at what is actually there and give you the number before anything is touched.
Everything we take off a northside job is disposed of responsibly at licensed facilities, including Brisbane City Council's resource recovery centres at Nudgee and Ferny Grove, and whatever can be recycled is sorted out rather than tipped. Sandgate, Chermside, The Gap or Brighton, it is one service at one set of rates.
Agents and property managers
We work with agents and property managers across the northside and the job does not need you there. Give us access details and we will handle it, send before and after photos for the vendor or the executor, and invoice on account. That matters most on deceased estates, where the executor is often interstate and needs to see the property emptied without flying up for it.
The northside run has a particular rhythm to it. Long held family homes through Stafford, Nundah and Sandgate come up as whole house clear outs, often after decades in the same hands, while the unit stock around Chermside and Kedron turns over as ordinary end of lease work. We book both the same week, take the whole lot in one visit where the access allows it, and leave the property ready to photograph for the listing.
