How a vacate booking works
Tell us the address and roughly what is there. Photos are the quickest way and the quote costs nothing.
Give us access instructions, a lockbox code or a time to meet the agent. You do not have to be on site.
We clear the property and take the whole lot in one visit wherever the access allows it.
Before and after photos come back to you, so there is a record for the owner and for any bond discussion.
How a vacate is priced
Volume and material type set the price, and nothing else. A unit of soft furnishings and a townhouse with a garage full of building offcuts are different jobs even when the piles look the same height.
The number is agreed before we start and there are no hidden fees. Booking at short notice does not change it.
For property managers and agencies
If you manage rentals you already know the worst version of this: a vacate where half the house is still there and the clean is booked for tomorrow. We take those at short notice and you do not need to attend.
Agencies are invoiced on account, and the before and after photos land with the job so they can go straight onto the file.
