Rubbish removal in Anstead
Anstead is where Just Junk It is based, so a job here is about as local as it gets for us. The suburb is mostly acreage on the western edge of Brisbane, tucked between Pullenvale, Bellbowrie and the Brisbane River, and the properties are big enough that rubbish tends to build up quietly over years rather than weeks.
Most Anstead blocks have at least one shed, often two, plus a carport, a workshop or an old stable. When a property changes hands or a family finally decides to tidy up, that is where the bulk of the load comes from.
What we clear in Anstead
On acreage the job is rarely one room. It is usually the shed, the machinery corner, fallen timber and prunings, old fencing, and whatever has been parked under a tarp for a decade. We load it by hand, sort out what can be recycled, and take the whole lot in as few trips as the volume allows.
- Shed and workshop contents, tools and spare timber
- Old stable, feed room and tack gear
- Fallen branches, prunings and storm debris
- Rusted fencing wire, star pickets and roofing iron
- Furniture and whitegoods from the house
Getting a price in Anstead
Walk the property with your phone and send us a photo of each pile, the shed included. That is usually enough for us to price an Anstead acreage job without coming out, and because we are local we can look in person if the photos leave any doubt.
Standard household loads start at $99 per cubic metre inc GST, with a $165 minimum.
Long driveways and gates are normal here. Tell us the gate code or leave it unlocked and we can do the job without you there, then send before and after photos when it is done.
