Renovation and strip out waste
A bathroom or kitchen strip out fills a driveway faster than anyone expects, and the pile grows again every time another trade finishes.
We clear renovation and strip out waste across Brisbane and surrounds: an old kitchen or bathroom, the timber and plasterboard from a reno, or a tidy up between trades. There is no skip bin sitting on the verge for a fortnight and nothing to book in advance.
Renovation waste we take
The usual output of a renovation:
- Old kitchens: cabinetry, benchtops and splashbacks
- Old bathrooms: vanities, shower screens and fittings
- Timber offcuts, skirting and architraves
- Plasterboard and insulation offcuts
- Ripped up carpet and underlay
- Old doors, blinds and light fittings
- Packaging, bags and general reno rubbish
How a renovation clean up works
Send a photo of the pile and we will price it. Free quote, no site visit needed.
We work around the trades and can attend without you being there.
The load is taken away in one visit, and we can come back as often as the job needs rather than leaving half of it behind.
Fast turnaround, often the same week, so the site stays workable.
What renovation waste costs
Volume sets the price, so we look at what is actually there. A photo of the pile is usually all we need.
Honest pricing with no hidden fees, and the figure comes before the work. No skip hire, no permit and no waiting on a swap.
General renovation waste is $99 per cubic metre inc GST, with a minimum job of $165 inc GST.
What we do not take
So there are no surprises on the day: we do not do skip bins, asbestos or hazardous waste. If something on site needs a licensed handler we will say so rather than loading it.
Everything else on a normal renovation is fine, and we are happy to look at photos beforehand if you are unsure.
For builders, trades and project managers
You do not need to be on site. We take access instructions, clear the debris and send before and after photos, which is useful when the client is the one asking whether the place is tidy.
Invoicing on account is available, so a run of jobs does not mean a payment every time.
Book it in
Enquiries are open 24 hours, after hours and weekend jobs are available, and most work is booked within the same week. Rated 4.9 stars from 72 Google reviews.
