End of lease clear outs dominate. The pattern is familiar: lounges, bed frames, mattresses, a fridge, kids toys and a garage of boxes, all needing to be gone before a final inspection. What sets the price in Logan
Price follows volume and material. A vacate full of soft furnishings and a garage of old whitegoods and boxes are charged differently even when the pile looks the same height, so we price what is actually there rather than guessing from a bedroom count.
