We clear the property and do all the carrying. Nobody in the family needs to lift anything or be there while we work.

Usable furniture and household items are donated where possible rather than going to landfill.

Pricing is honest with no hidden fees. It comes down to how much there is and what the material is, so a house with forty years in the shed prices differently to a unit that was already half packed.

You get the figure before we start. If the family wants to do it over two visits rather than one afternoon, that is fine and it does not change how we price the work.

A lot of estate work is run by somebody who does not live nearby. You do not need to attend. We work from access instructions, clear the property, and send before and after photos so the executor or the vendor can see exactly what was there and what was taken.

Agencies and firms can be invoiced on account rather than paying on the day, which keeps it simple when the estate is settling.
