A big area with three characters
Moreton Bay covers more ground than any other area we serve, and it changes as you move through it. The Redcliffe peninsula is older housing, retirees and a steady run of estate clear outs. The corridor through North Lakes, Kallangur and Narangba is young families and constant moving. West and north of Caboolture the blocks get bigger, the driveways get longer, and the loads turn green.
We cover it out to Caboolture, Wamuran and Sandstone Point with a ute and trailer, which suits acreage driveways and narrow peninsula streets better than anything larger.

What fills the trailer up here
Two things stand out in Moreton Bay. The first is green waste, because the acreage blocks out through Wamuran, Dayboro and Samford generate loads that a wheelie bin was never going to hold. The second is deceased estate and downsizing clear outs on the peninsula, where a lot of homes have been in the same hands for thirty or forty years.
Beyond that it is the usual work: household junk, furniture, appliances, end of lease clears through the growth corridor, and light construction debris from renovations. Turnaround is fast and most work is booked within the same week.
What sets the price here
Two things do it: how much there is, and what it is made of. A trailer of acreage green waste, a peninsula house clear out and a moving house load of furniture are three different prices even at the same volume, and you get the figure before we load anything. No hidden fees.
Everything we take is disposed of responsibly at licensed facilities, and the City of Moreton Bay runs waste sites at Bunya, Caboolture, Dakabin and Redcliffe along with transfer stations through the hinterland. Redcliffe, North Lakes, Caboolture or Dayboro, it is the same service at the same rates, however long the driveway is.
Agents, property managers and executors
Peninsula estate work often has family living somewhere else entirely, and corridor rentals turn over fast. Both are easier when nobody has to drive out and stand there. We take access details, do the clear out, and provide before and after photos for the vendor or executor. Agencies can be invoiced on account.
Access is usually the question out here rather than the clear out itself. Peninsula streets at Woody Point and Margate are narrow and often have no off street parking, the corridor estates through Mango Hill and Griffin have tight bin lanes behind the townhouses, and acreage blocks at Wamuran and Dayboro have long driveways. A ute and trailer gets into all three, which is why we run one rather than a truck.
