Garage and Shed Clean Outs Brisbane

The room nobody wants to start on

Garages, sheds and the space under the house are where everything goes when it does not have a place. Years later there is no room for the car, the shed door will not close, and the job feels too big to start.

That is exactly the job we do. Point at what is going and what is staying, and we carry the rest out, load it and sweep up behind us, anywhere in Brisbane and surrounds.

What comes out of a garage or shed

All the usual suspects:

• Old tools, benches, shelving and workshop junk
• Boxes of paperwork, toys and things kept just in case
• Bikes, sporting gear, camping gear and trampolines
• Old furniture, mattresses and fridges stored out of the way
• Timber, offcuts and leftover building materials
• Garden tools, pots, hoses and broken mowers

How a clean out works

Send a few photos of the garage, shed or under house area and we will give you a price. The quote is free and most jobs do not need a site visit.

On the day, tell us what stays. We work through the rest, set aside anything still useful for donation where we can, and take the lot in as few trips as the volume allows.

You do not need to be home. A shed on acreage or a locked garage is fine with access instructions, and we send before and after photos when it is done.

What it costs

We price by the cubic metre, so you only pay for what goes. Standard loads are $99 per cubic metre inc GST, with a minimum job of $165 inc GST.

Heavy material such as bricks, pavers or soil is priced on what it is, and we tell you before anything is loaded. No hidden fees, and the price is agreed first.

Moving, selling or settling an estate

A garage or shed is usually the last thing cleared before a move or a sale, and often the one that holds everything up. We can clear it on its own or as part of a full house clean out, including deceased estates where the family lives interstate.
